I’ve never received such poor response on the phone trying to schedule a test. It was clear the person on the line did not care and answered with disdain. Shocking that this is supposed to be a place for care.

An elderly couple (85 years old) with severe cough and respiratory distress came 30 min late for appointment.They were turned away regardless of the fact that they live on the other side of town. What as service!
