Disposable veterans. Can all the 1 star reviews be telling the government something. Will they pick up on it Do they want to make it right.do they care? You ask veterans to die for the country then treat them like you wish they had. Needs investigatedwill update when things change

After waiting 15 minutes on hold to get someone they transfer you and hang up so you have to start again.No one asksfor a phone number so if they happen to make a mistake they can call you backHow about this geniuses…have a system where concerns can be addressed same day with an employee returning the call.
