Down-to-earth Friendly caring people. Front office people were kind and the doctor was fantastic. He isThorough and takes his time to answer all of your questions. Hes very kind And very personable has a great bedside manner. He truly cares about his patience

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I understand it happens sometimes.However when the Doctor finally saw me he was getting impatient with me when I needed clarification on a prognosis I didn’t understand. I think patience should go both ways. I felt like a number.

Dr. McGovern was extremely patient and thorough. We have been meeting for almost 2 years before we finally decided to move forward with our surgery. He answered every question I had along the way.
