If you’re going to call make sure you have enough time to call at least 30 times. They have never and will never answer calls the first time you call them. IF they pick up the call after you’ve called for an hour they’ll take a rude tone and talk down to you the entire time.

You wait for ever in the waiting room then they are all disrespectful. I have sat in the waiting room for over an hour for a 10 min appointment.
