• Lab employees broke hippa and were talking smack about patients in the waiting room. Then I met with my doctor to only find out they were talking about me. I will be filling a formal complaint about the situation. Hopefully my upcoming appointments they can be professional and they better realize they are only temporary employees.

• Every time I call in I am greeted politely and the person who answers is very helpful. I just called and spoke to Ms. Debbie and you can tell that she cares about her job and us veterans

• When u go into the VA for metal healththey reschedule you twice and the third appt is over a month away.Disgusting and yeah they have veterans mental health in their best interest.
