ER unable to perform US because no one on staff 24/7. They then REFUSED to attempt to get the needed approval for the US to be performed as out patient.My insurance company advised me to go to a better ER. So hear I sit for the second time in 3 days trying to get answers about my swollen arm. Possibly a blood clot?

I wish I could give them 1 star. They are very rude. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received at a medical facility. Furthermore some of their policies are hurtful to customers and clearly geared towards turning a profit at their customers expense. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your medical needs.
