I live dr Patel she is awesome with my son I wish I could give her 5 stars by herself this office is slow and every time it’s time for my sons appointment it gets rescheduled the day before after I have taken off I can’t get any paperwork faxed yo myself no matter how many times I call! I’m honestly looking for a new doctor

What do you have to do to get a prescription refilled?Leaving hand written notes doesn’t seem to work. Giving a 2 week notice that your prescription is getting low doesn’t work. Now I am out of medicine that doctor prescribed. Yet when you call and are put on hold they say you are important. Doesn’t add up
