Arrived at 8:10 a.m. for a 10:30 a m. procedure. Two hours late on the procedure with zero communication. Woman at the desk offered no help. Almost 1 p.m. and still in the waiting room where eating is not allowed. Not patient escort friendly. Absolute horrible customer relations. Certainly wish there were more options.

Do not do the prostatic artery embolization (PAE) procedure… It does not work!!! I paid thousands of dollars for a procedure that does not work and they still charge me for the office visit to tell me they don’t know why it didn’t work!!!
